We look forward to welcoming you to our Air New Zealand International Koru Lounges located across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, so whether you’re travelling for work, or taking some time out to enjoy a holiday, you’ll have a place to pause and rest along your journey.
Auckland International Koru Lounge
This is our flagship lounge in New Zealand. It features a mix of tailored seating zones to meet the different needs of our travellers whether they're looking to relax, refresh or get some work done before they fly.
We are currently upgrading our Auckland International Koru Lounge through to the end of 2027. During this time, lounge access may be impacted and an alternative lounge may be offered. Find out more

Air New Zealand Lookout Lounge
Conveniently located on level 2 on the way to the departure gates, our temporary lounge will provide all the signature touches that our travellers love about the Koru Lounge, with a fresh twist.
You'll find the same, friendly Air New Zealand team plus a full-service bar, barista coffee, our full buffet with hot and cold food, and a range of seating options. There are no bathrooms inside the Lookout, however bathrooms are nearby and can be found on the way on levels 1 and 2 of the terminal.
The Lookout Lounge is open while we work towards upgrading the Auckland International Koru Lounge, providing travel ready adventurers space to relax and recharge before take-off.
Wellington International Koru Lounge
This lounge offers a range of different seating so you can work or relax in comfort before you fly.

Lounge access
- Eligible customers can access the lounge 4 hours before their departure.
- Koru Club members, Koru Platinum Nominees, Koru Black Nominees and Koru Family Nominees must be travelling on an Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flight.
- Air New Zealand customers connecting to or from an international Air New Zealand Business Premier flight on the same ticket, are entitled to lounge access prior to departure. Must be travelling on a through-ticketed journey, departing on an Air New Zealand ticket (starting with '086') and 'NZ' marketed and operated flight.
- Access for Koru Silver members using a Lounge Voucher is subject to space being available. If the lounge is full, access will not be available. This also includes alternative lounges. Silver Lounge Vouchers access is also restricted between our peak times of 6am-9am and 4pm-7pm
Guest access
- Guest access is subject to space on the day.
- Your guests must enter the lounge at the same time as you and be departing on an Air New Zealand domestic operated flight.
- Children are those aged between 3 and 17 inclusive.
- Infants aged 2 years and under travelling with an eligible lounge customer may access our Koru Lounges subject to space availability.
- Koru Club members have the option to purchase a Koru Club Extra Guest add-on which allows the member to bring an additional guest into a Koru Lounge when space is available.
