Air New Zealand holidays terms & conditions
References to "us" "we" and "our" are to Air New Zealand Holidays and references to "you" are to you as the customer.
"Booking Conditions" means these booking conditions; "Product" means one or more ground products (e.g. accommodation) booked with us under these Booking Conditions; and "Suppliers" means any person who provides all or part of your Product, such as accommodation or other ground products.
These Booking Conditions may be changed by us at any time with or without notice and in our sole discretion.
The law regarding accommodation for persons with disabilities varies from country to country and we cannot guarantee that all hotels, transport and amenities will be equipped and suitable for wheelchair users or disabled passengers.
If you have special requests, we will do our best to ensure these are met but we cannot guarantee such requests nor advise you whether such requests have been fulfilled before you leave.
Conditions of supply
Some Suppliers may impose conditions that vary from the conditions stated on this website.
In most cases, children's prices for accommodation featured on this website refer to children occupying the same room/unit with at least two adults and using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply if extra beds (including rollaways and cots) are required.
Once your credit card details are processed, your booking details are automatically sent to the Supplier and a booking receipt and invoice are sent to your registered e-mail address. The booking receipt will need to be printed and presented to the Supplier upon check-in.
Any amendment to the booking is subject to the approval of the relevant Supplier. Any approved change to the booking prior to, at or after making final payment will incur an amendment fee of NZ$35 in addition to any fees imposed by the Supplier. Amendments to Last Minute Rate bookings are not permitted. Where a booking increases in value no amendment fee will be charged, only the additional for services bought.
Cancellations and refunds
Bookings cancelled will be charged a NZ$125 per person or NZ$250 per booking cancellation fee (whichever is greater). In addition the Supplier may impose fees which may be up to 100% of the monies paid (please refer to Individual Hotel Supplier Cancellation Policy below).
There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced or for any unused services. Requests for refunds received more than 6 months after departure date will not be accepted.
The Supplier's cancellation fees will be charged according to their specific cancellation policy.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Last Minute Rates
(where specified online as 'last-minute rates' and for travel within the next 90 days)
Last Minute Rates are subject to strict Cancellation Policies as imposed by the Suppliers and it's important to always check and take note of the Cancellation Policy listed below.

This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or a Supplier, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Supplier. Without limitation, we will not be responsible if the Product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other Acts of God, civil disturbances, fire, floods, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
You may be asked to present photo identification to the Supplier upon check in.
In the case of any problem, it is imperative you inform the Supplier immediately in order for the Supplier to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you do not do so it may hinder the ability of the Supplier to resolve your concerns and to ensure your stay is exactly to your liking.
Air New Zealand Limited does not by virtue of its participation in any Air New Zealand Holidays Product or by virtue of supplying any component of any Air New Zealand Holidays Product represent itself as either contracting with any purchaser of a Product from Air New Zealand Holidays, or as having any other legal relationship with any such purchaser. When Air New Zealand Holidays makes your bookings with the Suppliers we are acting only as a booking agent for the Suppliers.
No employee or agent of Pacific Leisure Group or Air New Zealand Limited has any authority to amend, cancel or otherwise alter these Booking Conditions.
