Long haul Global Saver fare conditions

Applicable for Economy (W/T/L/S/G/K class) and Premium Economy (A class) departing from mainland China. Rules for departing from Hong Kong, please refer to www.airnewzealand.com.hk/global-saver-max-fare-conditions

Changes/restrictions

G/K class:
Charge CNY ¥1,000 for reissue or revalidation. Fare difference applies if any, the new fare must be equal or greater than the original ticket. Service fee CNY ¥300 applies via Travel Center. Non-refundable for no-show tickets.

Economy W/T/L/S class and Premium Economy A class:
Charge CNY 800 for reissue or revalidation. Fare difference applies if any, the new fare must be equal or greater than the original ticket. Service fee CNY 300 applies. Non-refundable for No Show tickets.

Note: Where the cancellation and change conditions differ between the outbound and return journeys, then the most restrictive conditions will apply for the whole journey. 

 

Cancellation

G/K class: non-refundable

Economy W/T/L/S class and Premium Economy A class (cancellation fare rule does not apply during special fare period): Charge CNY ¥1,000 cancellation fee for totally unused ticket only. Service fee CNY ¥300 applies. If departing during 10 Jan – 30 Jan 2017, refund fee CNY ¥5,000 applies. For no-show or partially used tickets, tickets are non-refundable.

For passengers who encountered NZ entry visa rejection, it is fully refundable with only a process fee of CNY ¥50 per person. Copy of passport with an official visa rejection by Immigration New Zealand should be submitted as supporting document 14 days prior to departure date.

Baggage allowance

Economy*: 1 piece per person (excluding infants) - maximum 23kg each.
Premium Economy: 2 pieces per person (excluding infants) - maximum 23kg each.

If exceeded and prepaid Extra Bags have not been selected, airport excess baggage charges apply. Stated allowance applies to Air New Zealand operated services only. Please refer other carrier's website for allowance on their services.
