Partially used ticket refundable for a fee of CNY750, after deduction of the applicable one-way fare.

Partially used ticket refundable for a fee of CNY750, after deduction of the applicable one-way fare.

Baggage Allowance: 1 piece per person (maximum 23kg each). Excess baggage charges apply. Note - stated allowance applies to Air New Zealand operated services only. Please refer other carrier's website for allowance on their services.
When making changes to a booking, a service fee will apply, and a fare upgrade may also apply.
All fares are eligible for Airpoints Dollars accrual; however Global Saver Max fares may not be eligible for accrual of frequent flyer miles/points with other airlines.
Child and infant discounts apply to change/cancellation fees.
Tickets are not transferable to another person.
