Prefer the easy access of an aisle or gazing out the window?
You can now request seats online for all Air New Zealand domestic and international flights. Whether you've just made a new booking, or have a booking that was made some time ago, you can now request seats online anytime before your flight.
Requesting seats after you have booked your flights
To request seats for a booking made online (or anywhere else) go to the Request Seats panel on the homepage and enter your Booking Reference and Family name to retrieve your flight booking. There is no additional charge to request seats. Request your seats right now.
Seat requests are only available for Air New Zealand operated flights.
