Date change is permitted with a charge of ¥500 before departure. Partially used tickets are non-refundable. Round-trip ticket is refundable with ¥1500 cancellation fee (one way ticket is refundable with ¥750 cancellation fee). Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Air New Zealand reserves the right to change the above conditions and any routing exclusion without prior notice.
For passengers who encounter New Zealand entry visa rejection, ticket can be be refunded with a processing fee of ¥50 per person. To process the refund, a copy of the passport with an official visa rejection notice from Immigration New Zealand must be submitted as a supporting document 14 days prior to departure date.
