Please Note:
- Koru members have access to New Zealand Domestic Koru Lounges, Koru Regional Lounges and Air New Zealand International Lounges when travelling on an Air New Zealand operated service with a "NZ" flight number.
- Guests of Koru members do not have access to Koru Regional Lounges in Hamilton, Palmerston North, Napier, Nelson, New Plymouth, Queenstown and Invercargill.
- Koru members do not have In Transit Access to the Air New Zealand International Lounge in Los Angeles.
